The Hyland Hills Foundation is entering its 19th year as an organization. In the time since we first started, we have raised over 1.5 million dollars and helped support over 5,000 kids with recreation grants. The Foundation wants to thank all those who have volunteered, donated and participated inour events throughout the years.
We continue to fund the Be-A-Fish program, which helps kids learn to swim. Putts for a Purpose is a great event where we bring in one elementary school every year and allow students and their families a morning of fun fill Adventure Golf. We have also helped purchase a bus for Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District to transport youth and seniors to events. The Foundation has participated along with Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District, in the annual Spooktacular, Easter Egg Hunt and more.
We are excited again this year to make a difference for those kids who participate in programs which foster leadership, team building and self esteem.
